2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the PALESTRA online store and purchases made through it. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accept the terms in effect at the time of the order.

3. Products and availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Small differences in the appearance of colours may be due to the screen or photography. If a product is unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will inform the customer and refund any amount already paid for it.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Any shipping charges are displayed before the order is completed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted when confirmation is sent by the store. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, inability to pay or reasonable suspicion of fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, the corresponding amount is refunded.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the methods displayed at checkout. Payment transactions are processed by the available payment providers in accordance with their own terms and security standards.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made only within Greece. The delivery times, costs and conditions set out in the store's Shipping Policy apply. The customer must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

8. Returns and withdrawal

The right of withdrawal, returns and refunds are governed by the store's Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. Defective products

The consumer's statutory rights in relation to products that are defective or do not match their description, including the statutory guarantee, are not restricted by these terms.

10. Liability

No provision of these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

The store's content, logos, images and distinctive signs are protected under applicable law. Their reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without prior permission.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the store's Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain in full effect.
