Returns and refunds policy

Right of withdrawal

For purchases through the PALESTRA online store, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us with a clear statement at shop@palestra.global before the 14-day period expires.

Product condition

The customer may inspect the product as they would examine it in a physical store. Products must be returned without use beyond the necessary inspection, together with their accompanying materials and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs

For a return due to a change of mind, the customer bears the direct return shipping costs. If you received an incorrect or defective product, or a product that does not match its description, contact us at shop@palestra.global; in that case, PALESTRA bears the necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments we received, including the cost of the standard initial delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we were informed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective products

The consumer's statutory rights in relation to defective products and the statutory guarantee are not restricted by this policy.
